These terms cover your use of Mirroi, the website and app at mirroi.com. By making an account you agree to them. Questions go to hello@mirroi.com.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for what people you invite do in your workspace. Keep your sign-in safe and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
What Mirroi does and does not do
Mirroi finds public posts, judges them with AI and helps you respond. It drafts replies only where a source allows it, and it never posts for you. You decide what to send and you are responsible for it, including following each community’s rules.
AI judgements can be wrong. Treat urgency scores, summaries and drafts as suggestions.
Fair use
Do not use Mirroi to harass people, to spam, to collect personal data for resale, to break a source’s terms, or to try to break or overload the service. We may pause a workspace that does.
Plans, credits and payment
Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. Credits reset each month and do not roll over. When you reach your monthly credits, scans pause until the next month or a plan change. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page.
Your content
Your workspace content stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to run the service for you. You can export it or delete your workspace at any time from Settings.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Mirroi running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Ending
You can stop using Mirroi and delete your workspace at any time. We may end accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.
Changes
We will tell workspace owners by email before material changes take effect.
